Our mentors allow our team to run smoothly.  Thanks to them, we have an organized lab with all the tools we need to do the work.  They handle all team organization issues and do much of the grunt work for entering competitions and planning team trips.  Their most valuable contribution to the team is their decades of real-life engineering experience, allowing us to learn important skills that will enable us to pursue careers in science and technology.  Our mentors volunteer hours upon hours of their free time to work with us; providing us with an amazing opportunity to develop lifetime skills that will help us in our future endeavors.
