(05/19/2012)—MSG Varsity aired a one-hour documentary on the story of a FIRST Robotics year on May 12, 2012. The POBOTS were one of three teams featured.

  (04/04/2012)—Though the POBots did not win the Chairman's Award at the SBPLI Regional Competition, their video was very well received and praised by the judges.

  (04/04/2012)—By the end of the SBPLI Long Island Regional (held at Hofstra University), the POBOTS had not only won two prestigious awards, but had been a part of the second-ranked alliance in the competition.

  (03/26/12)—On the days of competition, March 16th, 17th, and 18th, the POBOTS faced many challenges but still managed to come out on top.
